The Lake Area Club is a clean, well maintained versatile facility located in Lake Country. The building hosts a cafe style service area with a medium size kitchen. There are 4 small meeting rooms and one large meeting area that also serves as a banquet hall for other activities and celebrations. The facility has abundant parking, several landscaped garden areas, and plenty of lawn space for yard activities.
The banquet hall is available for rent upon Board Approval and a modest rental fee of $175.00 for non-members and $100.00 for members. There is a contract and rules that are furnished for rental.
