Wi-Fi Is Here! Just what is Wi-Fi? A computer network, more specifically a wireless network by which several computers or electronic devices may communicate on the internet without wires. Several LAC Club members have expressed an interest (during the secretary survey conducted recently) in providing wireless capability here at the Lake Area Club for their use and convenience. Well, the LAC is proud to announce: The LAC Family Network If your laptop or electronic device has wireless capability, and you are a LAC club member, then you can hook up to the LAC Family Network and surf away here at the club. Simply use your on board tools to search for an available network, locate the LAC Family Networkand click to connect. You will then be required to enter a password that is active for a calendar month. Enter this password and you are in!!! The password will be e-mailed to every registered member that has submitted an e-mail address to the www.lakeareaclub.com web site. Click the ICON below to Register. If you are unable to submit your request call, the club @ 262-567-9912 the attendant will place your name on a registration list and we will e-mail you the password and service agreement.
